Privacy and Cookie Policy


  1.  The Administrator of the Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as Administrator) is, within the meaning of Art. 4 par. 7 of the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals, with regard to the processing of personal data and repeal of the 95/46/EC Directive (general regulation on data protection), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, Marta Rybicka, having its seat in Szczecin at Mieczysława Niedziałkowskiego 21 office no. 110 – the Website owner (hereinafter referred to as the website).
  2. All requests regarding the Regulation shall be made by the contact address.
  3. People visiting the website (hereinafter referred to as Users) give their personal data voluntary, save as the following situation:
    • In order to contact the company and the Administrator, it is necessary to give the e-mail address, phone number, surname and name.
  4. The Administrator uses the computer user’s IP for technical purposes connected with servers on which the website is kept. The address can be also used to generate statistical data, such as visits on the website.
  5. The following personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to:
    • fulfil the contract by the Administrator, namely to execute an order,
    • answer questions and carry out further correspondence on the matter.
  6. The Users hold the right to exercise the powers resulting from the Regulations, in particular the right to:
    • access their personal data and to correct it,
    • remove or restrict the data processing,
    • file an objection against data processing or against transferring the data to other entities,
    • file a complaint to the President of the Supervisory Authority.
  7. Personal data is processed with due care and in such manner as to secure it against unauthorised persons’ access by using technical, IT and organisational methods.
  8. The Administrator processes the data within the period of time which the contact with the User was concluded for or until objection to process the data is filed. Resulting from the tax and legal duties, the personal data is stored by the maximum period of six (6) years form the day the contact was performed.
  9. Personal data may be transferred to third parties, authorised under the rules of law and within the scope necessary to perform the contract, and to companies supporting our services, i.a.:
    • accounting company,
    • Google LLC to which the IP address is send in an anonymous form (encrypted) in order to generate statistics.
  10. Personal Data may be processed in an automated form, it is however not profiled.


  1. The Cookie Files are information data, especially text files which are stored on the User’s terminal equipment, and are used to operate the Website. The files usually contain name of the website they are from, storage duration on the terminal device and their unique number.
  2. The entity placing Cookie files on the User’s terminal equipment and accessing the data is Marta Rybicka, having its seat in Szczecin at Mieczysława Niedziałkowskiego 21, office no. office no. 110 – the Website owner (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  3. The Cookie files are used for the following reasons:
    • to adjust the content of our Website to the User’s preferences and to optimise the website usage; in particular the files help to recognise the User’s device and display the Website according to the User’s individual needs;
    • to prepare statistics which help to understand how the Website is used. It helps us to improve the content and structure of the page;
  4. The Website uses two main kinds of cookie files: session cookie files and persistent cookie files. Session Cookie Files – are temporary files that are stored on the User’s devise until he logs off from the Website, leaves it or turns software off (e.g. internet browser). Persistent Cookie Files – are files which are stored on the User’s device for the period stated in the parameters of the cookie files or until they are erased.
  5. The Website uses two main kinds of cookie files:
    • Strictly necessary cookie files that enable usage of the services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookie files, which are used for services requiring verification;
    • Cookie Files providing security, e.g. used to detect abuse related to authentication within the Website.
    • Performance Cookie Files enable gathering of the information on the way the Website is used;
    • Function Cookie Files, enable to memorise the settings chosen by the User and personalise the User’s interface, e.g. the chosen language or region the User is from, size of the font, the way the Website is displayed, etc.;
  6. Advertising Cookie files enable to provide the User with advertisements that are more adjusted to his taste.
  7. In many cases, internet browsers allow cookie storage on the User’s terminal equipment by default. The Website Users can change the cookie settings on their device at any time. Such settings can be changed to block the automatic support of cookies files in the web browser’s settings or inform each time about placing them on the User’s terminal device.   8. Changes to or limitations of the Cookie files usage can influence some functions available on the Website.
  9. The Cookie Files stored on the User’s terminal device can be also used by companies cooperating with the Administrator.
